The RacingSys platform was written in-house by our team, line by line — front and back, A to Z. No third-party CMS underneath. No WordPress plug-ins. No Magento extensions.

Data and backups
File and database backups every 4 hours, with offsite backups daily. We can restore daily data going back 30 days — useful if you ever delete the wrong thing or want to roll back a change.
Your data sits in a database of our own design, so we've got hands-on control of it. No mysteries, no proprietary black boxes.
Standards
Some of our founding team participated in the development of PCI DSS industry standards — the rules that govern how card data is handled across the internet. We continue to innovate on security techniques.
No personal card data is ever stored by us — that lives with Stripe to full PCI compliance. All our systems are GDPR compliant. UK-based, UK-hosted, UK-owned.
Hosting
The RacingSys platform runs on modern servers in a secure location on mainland UK. Servers are kept up to date and protected by a complex structure of firewalls, intrusion monitoring, and some proprietary protection we'd rather not discuss publicly.
For security reasons, we'll leave it there.
SSL everywhere
Every page is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. Every payment is encrypted end to end. Every login is protected. SSL certificates are managed by us and renewed automatically.
